Activplant To Be Honoured At Province's Premiere Business Awards

London, Ontario – Activplant, recipient of the Innovation Award at the 2007 London Business Achievement Awards, will be receiving the Ontario Chamber’s Innovation Technology Award at the twenty-fifth annual Ontario Business Achievement Awards (OBAA) gala later this year.

Activplant Corporation, a leader in enterprise manufacturing intelligence (EMI), is singularly focused on providing the best applications software and plant-wide solutions to high-volume manufacturers.
The London Chamber is pleased to learn a London company will be recognized and feted at the Ontario Chamber’s business awards event.

About the OBAA: The Ontario Business Achievement Awards (OBAA) event will to be attended by approximately 1,000 business and political leaders at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre on October 23rd, beginning with a keynote address by Ontario’s Premier.

Awards will be presented in eight categories: the Business Excellence Small Business award, the Desjardins Business Excellence Large Business award, the Ontario Global Traders Award Innovation – Exports, the Ontario Global Traders Award – Market Expansion (Product or Service), the Corporate Governance Award, the Innovation Technology Award, the Skills Development Award, and the Accessibility Award. OGTA categories have gold, silver and bronze sub-category winners.

Judging was completed by an independent panel comprised of business media.
