London ON – (June 20, 2005) The London Economic Development Corporation (LEDC) and the City of London today announced AZ Automotive Corp London as the next recipient of the Featured Company of London Award. Vice-President of Canadian Operations, Naomi Hazell and Operations Manager Bruce Hughes will receive a commemorative plaque from Mayor Anne Marie DeCicco at the city council meeting on June 27.
AZ Automotive Corp London is a Canadian subsidiary of AZ Automotive Corp., based in Detroit Michigan. The company specializes in state of the art metal-formed components, complex modules and mechanical assemblies for the automotive industry in the US, Canada, Europe, South America and Asia. Its products include body structural stampings and assemblies and complex modules for vehicle suspensions.
The London facility started production in 1998 with a focus on customer satisfaction.
