Call for Nominations

London ON - Nominations are now being sought for the 25th Annual Business Achievement Awards. Across the City of London, residents, customers, employees, volunteers and the general public are being encouraged to nominate organizations they feel exemplify the best the business community has to offer.

This year, in addition to Business of the Year (large and small) Award, Excellence in Human Resources Award and The London Quality Award, two new awards are being introduced – the Global Traders Market Expansion Award and the Global Traders Innovation Award. These two new awards represent a partnership between the Ontario Chamber of Commerce and the Ministry of Economic Trade & Development. Recipients of the local award will become the London Chamber’s nominees for the Ontario level.

This is a unique opportunity to acknowledge the achievements of some of London’s most exciting companies and business leaders. Nominations close Friday, November 2nd 2007 at 4p.m.

Finalists in each category will be announced in early 2008. The recipient of each award will be announced Wednesday, March 19th 2008 during the formal London Business Achievement Awards Gala at the London Convention Centre.

Nominations can be made online at www.londonchamber.com or in print by picking up a nomination form at The London Chamber of Commerce or completing the nomination form October’s issue of Business London magazine.
