London, Ontario, April 4, 2005 - Keigan Systems Inc. and newly renamed eJust Systems Inc., (formally Praeda Systems) both of London Ontario, are pleased to announce that they have entered into a formal partnership that will see the two companies share business development, product development and client support resources to meet the growing demand for their respective software solutions in the North American public safety market.
