KGK SYNERGIZE INC. CELEBRATES 10 YEARS OF SCIENTIFIC EXCELLENCE

LONDON, ON, November 5, 2007 - KGK Synergize Inc. ("KGK"), a new product development and contract research organization, celebrates 10 years of service to the nutrition, food, biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. KGK was founded by three scientists associated with the Centre for Human Nutrition, The University of Western Ontario, based on years of previous research on citrus compounds for inflammation, anti-cancer, cardiovascular and diabetes. The founders, Ms. Najla Guthrie, Dr. Kenneth Carroll and Dr. E. M. Kurowska, implemented the business model of funding their New Product Development with a profitable Contract Research Services Division and incorporated the business in August of 1997. Today, Najla Guthrie, President, continues to lead KGK to record growth and has successfully launched KGK's new products into the global marketplace for both dietary supplement and food applications.

"KGK has evolved over the past ten years from its three founders to over twenty employees and growing every year" stated Najla Guthrie, President, KGK Synergize Inc. "It has been ten years of hard work, perseverance and commitment that has brought the Company to where we are at today, but it is the dedication of our scientific and supportive personnel that will continue to see the Company to the forefront of Contract Research and Product Development in the years to come".

Today, KGK Synergize conducts approximately 20 clinical studies simultaneously, at various stages in the clinical process. Studies are conducted at KGK's Clinic, located in London, Ontario, Canada, or are placed at partnering Canadian and U.S. sites and managed by KGK. Over the years KGK has received both ISO 9001:2000 and GLP certifications, allowing an expansion of laboratory services to include GLP toxicity studies that are required for regulatory submissions.
