London ON – (February 27, 2006) The London Economic Development Corporation (LEDC) and the City of London today announced Voyageur Transportation Services as the next recipient of the Featured Company of London Award. Company president, Perry Ferguson will receive a commemorative plaque from Mayor Anne Marie DeCicco at the city council meeting on March 6.

“At Voyageur we are proud to be apart of the London business community and attribute our growth and success to the good work that the LEDC and the City of London have been doing these past years,” says Ferguson. “We are fortunate to have a work force that takes pride in providing outstanding customers service and managers that are innovative and dedicated to our mission, vision and goals. We are elated to be awarded the Featured Company of London Award and want to thank both the City and the LEDC for this recognition.”

Founded by Norm and Derlene Ferguson in 1979, Voyageur remains a family-owned and operated business.
