As one of our first festivals, we want to keep promoting our Colombian gastronomy and all the positivity and beautiful things that Colombia offers, despite all the negativity we had with drug dealers and war. We want to show that Colombia is more than that.
We will feature food by region, salsa orchestra, and other authentic Colombian music, such as vallenato. This year, we plan to have chicha, an ancestral indigenous drink, as a primary beverage with the collaboration of our beer partner, London Brewing Coop.
