Welcome to this Customer Service Masterclass, where we explore how to transform casual buyers into enthusiastic fans. In today’s business landscape, exceptional customer service is not just a nice-to-have—it’s essential for shaping your brand’s reputation and fostering lifelong customer relationships.

Whether you’re an experienced customer service provider or starting as a Main Street business owner, this course takes a holistic approach to challenging your expectations. Let’s delve into what we’ll cover:

  1. The Numbers: Understand the financial impact of missed opportunities.
  2. The Fundamentals: Explore the basics of customer service and its significance on Main Street.
  3. Effective Communication Skills: Learn strategies for both verbal and nonverbal communication, including active listening, body language, and impactful phrases.
  4. Proactive Customer Service: Optimize the customer experience by delighting them before they even reach out.
  5. Reactive Customer Service: Professionally address inquiries and solve problems to leave customers satisfied and impressed.
  6. Real-World Examples: Draw inspiration from shared exceptional customer service stories.

By the end of this course, you’ll understand how to deliver outstanding customer service—whether you’re enhancing your business or revealing to customers what they’ve been missing from their current providers and vendors.

Presented by Ramona Gallagher, a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in providing common-sense advice to uncommon entrepreneurs. Her expertise lies in micro-businesses, ‘mom and pop’ retail and service businesses, and business start-ups—especially those with limited funds who need to learn the ropes themselves.

As an internationally recognized speaker, facilitator, writer, and trainer, Ramona has shared her insights across the globe. She successfully launched a global e-commerce site during the early days of online commerce and has owned multiple product and service-based companies.

To say she’s passionate about small business would be an understatement. Ramona’s commitment to small business burns brighter than a neon “Open” sign at a 24-hour diner.
