Margaret Coons- Nuts for CheeseMargaret Coons is the Founder and CEO of Nuts For Cheese — Canada’s category leader in artisan, organic, plant-based dairy manufacturing.

Vegan from an early age, Margaret developed a passion for plant-based cuisine becoming a vegan chef and experimenting with nuts and seeds to create deliciously creamy plant-based cheeses.

Since launching at a farmer’s market in 2015, Nuts For Cheese has enjoyed explosive growth across Canada and the US with products available at national retailers like Whole Foods, Loblaws, Sobeys, Metro and Farm Boy. With a decadent line of organic, cashew cheese and butters, Nuts For Cheese is proving plant-based options no longer cater to vegans alone; they cater to everyone!

Trevor Greenway- Inter-Val

Trevor Greenway is the Co-Founder and CEO of interVal, a data-driven software company out of Ontario, Canada. Trevor is an energetic, passionate, and communicative leader who began 11 years ago in the M&A space, and wound up “accidentally” starting a software company in 2018. Although the concept started off as the team solving an internal data problem, they quickly discovered that the use case for the software solution was far greater than just themselves.

When Trevor isn’t navigating the growth curve of a fast-growing SaaS Company, he is spending time with his wife and four children that have put up with his love for entrepreneurship and solving complex problems through data automation.
