Growing Chefs! Ontario, The Grove and The Middlesex London Food Policy Council are thrilled to announce an exclusive event featuring renowned Ecuadorian Chef, Rodrigo Pacheco. This exceptional occasion promises to blend culinary excellence with a profound commitment to sustainability and biodiversity. Join us for an unforgettable journey into the world of gastronomy, sustainability and environmental stewardship.
Date: Saturday, June 1, 2024 (ONE day, TWO spectacular events)
**Tickets sold separately for EACH event.Themes of sustainability and cooking in harmony with nature will be present in both events but each promises unique takeaways and experiences.
Master Class (12:30 – 3:00 pm) – $325pp
Prepare to experience a once in a lifetime opportunity for an exclusive, hands-on cooking class led by celebrity Chef Rodrigo Pacheco. Participants will work directly with Chef Pacheco to prepare three types of fresh, sustainable ceviches using sustainably sourced and foraged, seasonal ingredients.
Theme: Fresh and Sustainable Ceviches
Venue: Growing Chefs! Ontario Headquarters, 460 King St.

- A light meal to taste your creations.

Master Class Tickets
Gourmet Dinner (6:00 – 9:00 pm) – $225pp
Join us for a one-of-a-kind dining experience specifically curated by Ecuadorian Chef, Rodrigo Pacheco.
Theme: Connecting Ecosystems, Wisdom and Flavours
Venue: *NEW* The Chef’s Table, Fanshawe College campus, 130 Dundas St., London
What to expect:
- *3 course, family-style feast including local wine tastings.
- Mingle and cash bar upon arrival.
- A presentation from Chef Rodrigo Pacheco about his work with the Bocavaldivia Foundation.
- Network with community partners about their efforts on restoration, sustainability and conservation.
- Live music curated by the London Music Office.
