Join Growing Chefs! Ontario's own Chef Ryan Wishak as he leads you through a family-friendly recipe for “Nori Confetti Crepes with Garlic Cream Bivalves”. Co-hosted with Erika Bolliger from the Ocean Wise Seafood program, you will learn how the seafood in this recipe (mussels, clams, scallops, and seaweed) actively filters and cleans our oceans and improves local ecosystems!

DETAILS: The full recipe, instructions and shopping list will be sent you in advance to cook along at home. Erika Bolliger of Ocean Wise Seafood will present a brief introduction to restorative seafood and the “Waves of Change” campaign to end overfishing.
