At the hirewesternu Career Fair, you will be able to meet in person with student and alumni talent from our 12 faculties and over 200 programs. We invite you to promote your organization and its paid new graduate, summer, and work-integrated learning (internship, co-op, practicum) opportunities!

Standard Booth Cost
$600 + HST, and includes:
- Your organization's booth
- Up to 4 representatives can attend from your organization
- Up to 2 parking passes
- Your organization listed on our student-facing landing page

For those registered for the fair, you can join our hirewesternuAbility Spotlight, showcasing those employers with a strong accessibility policy.
As an organization, you can benefit from increased visibility on our physical and digital floorplans, increased booth traffic and this is a renewable designation that can be used for the next year.
Deadline
The official registration deadline is January 31, 2025; however, we are experiencing a high degree of interest and expect to sell all our booths before then.
