Mastering the skills of influencing upward
About this Event
Has the 'new' virtual workplace left you with limited opportunities to communicate, connect and get what you need to deliver?
Virtual workplaces have made it even harder to build connections, strengthen relationships and get things done! Now, more than ever, you have to take matters into your own hands and master the skills of influencing upward. In fact, even if you were able to influence under the 'pre-COVID' days in the workplace, the strategies have dramatically changed. Learn how you can take more control over your ability to get things done and embrace a way of leading that gets you closer to what you need.
