About this event
Canadian employers are acknowledging mental health training as a top priority and understand that investing in employee wellness is good for business. Creating a supportive environment, de-stigmatizing mental illness, practicing self-care, and empowering individuals to seek tools and resources results in a more resilient team, better prepared for challenges both personally and professionally.
Cheryl Legate, President and Facilitator of Cheryl Legate & Associates will discuss the importance of mental health, how to recognize signs and symptoms of distress, building resiliency and the importance of self-care.
