• Mapping the ideal customer retail journey, with examples, from discovery to post-purchase support.
• Identifying process gaps and implementing improvements, i.e. inventory management, effective merchandising, etc.
• Review effective upselling, and reinforcing the brand’s values across all sales channels including e-commerce.

With over eight years of experience in both eCommerce and brick-and-mortar retail, Erika helps businesses create seamless customer experiences that drive growth and loyalty.
