Get ready to break out of the monotony of traditional meetings and events and unleash your creativity and collaboration skills! Join us for an interactive full-day workshop filled with seriously fun techniques from Liberating Structures.
You'll get to experience a variety of dynamic and engaging methods, including Impromptu Networking, 25/10 Crowdsourcing, and TRIZ. These techniques will have you up and moving around the room, fully immersed in the collaborative process.
With Liberating Structures, everyone gets to contribute, regardless of their level of expertise or authority. You'll learn how to involve every participant, generate fresh ideas, and promote active engagement within your group.
After experiencing each technique, we'll put on our "facilitator hats" and debrief together, discussing design and facilitation considerations across different contexts. So join us for a day of serious fun and liberation!
By the end of this session you will be able to:
Describe what Liberating Structures are and how they can engage participants in your meetings and learning events
Connect with the principles that guide Liberating Structures
Extrapolate knowledge and skills to apply these facilitation methods to your own work context
Access additional resources and supports for future work with Liberating Structures
