Understanding the hiring needs of scaling innovation companies, we bring you Tech Talent Exchange, in partnership with Fanshawe College. An interactive experience, Tech Talent Exchange invites outstanding tech companies across Southwestern Ontario, like you, to fill your pipeline with post-secondary students looking to join your team.
A FREE reverse job-finding experience like no other, Tech Talent Exchange is not your regular career fair. With employers ‘taking the stage’, you’ll have 60 seconds to pitch and highlight why and how your company is awesome to attract your next rockstar!
That’s not all – you will also get to witness students present their case studies in a showcase for our Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) initiative. In partnership with Business + Higher Education Roundtable and Fanshawe College, TechAlliance delivers Work-Integrated Learning opportunities to companies and helps them partner with student groups to find unique solutions and perspectives to some of their pressing business challenges. Learn more about WIL, including how to get participate, deadline, and time commitment on the day of the experience.
After the pitches, we’ll be opening the doors to facilitate mingling and networking so that you can fill your pipeline with great candidates.
