WCT has spent nearly 30 years talking to professional women in digital industries and their employers about the best practices in gender diversity and inclusion. This has equipped our organization with a unique insight into how to build great organizations that fully utilize the talents and skills of women. Sharing this knowledge is an important part of WCT’s mandate.
For several months we have been developing a new digital product that will help us spread the word about best practices in gender diversity and inclusion and we are excited to share this new product with the WCT community.
