Peta Bayley is a Canadian digital artist, and animator, who has worked on many major films and TV shows and won the 2017 Annie Award in Outstanding Achievement, character animation in a live active production for her work on the film, The Jungle Book (2016).
A member of the VFX branch of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences since 2021, Peta is an Animation Supervisor at Outpost VFX, a visual effects studio based in Montreal with studios in London (UK), Bournemouth, LA, and Mumbai.
Peta began her animation career in Toronto 2002 working on TV, DVD, and feature animation before transitioning to VFX in 2007 at MPC London, UK. During her many years of experience within the industry, she’s worked on Top Gun: Maverick, Cruella, The Jungle Book, Guardians of the Galaxy, Harry Potter and more.
