London, Ontario September 1, 2011 – ALLIANCE iCommunications and Stream Global Services have announced 325 job opportunities are currently available between their two organizations.Job openings include management and customer care positions.
With their corporate head office in London, ALLIANCE iCommunications will be adding 125 new jobs to service their international clientele. “We are located and are growing in London because of its geographic location and its proximity to highly trained, well-educated workforce” explains Sheila LeClair, General Manager. “London provides our company and staff with the amenities of a larger urban centre while maintaining an outstanding quality of life.”
Stream Global Services is adding 200 jobs and chose to grow in London for many of the same reasons. “Stream’s London site opened in 2002 and we have been passionate about creating an exceptional customer experience for our clients.“ says Dianne Bonneville, Site Director.
According to the London Economic Development Corporation (LEDC), growth in this sector provides opportunity for Londoners to engage in entry level customer care as well as advance into management positions.The customer care and contact centre sector in London employs over 7,000 people in over thirty companies in the private and public sectors.
