Voices.com is the world's number one source for voice over, connecting businesses with professional voice talet. Hear how Stefanie is helping Voices.com scale-up:

Transcript:

"So Voices.com is the world's largest online marketplace for voice over talent, so what that means is we connect clients who are looking for a voiceover, whether that's for a video game or an audio book or something like a voice and a product, or a movie trailer, with multiple options through voiceover actors so that they can pick and choose who they want to be working with and then get broadcast quality audio.

I'm a senior user experience researcher at Voices.com, so what that means is that I'm responsible for working within a cross-functional agile team on our products department and understanding user needs to make sure that anything that we add to our product - which is our website - is going to be impacting the user experience in a positive way, reducing friction and just in a sense providing more value to our user base.

We're a growing organization I would say that every day is a new day and it's something different. Our product department is shaping and we're sprinting and we're consistently looking at new ways to help better our product just to improve the lives of our users.

London's funny because I came here for university and I never thought that I would end up living in London afterwards I came from Toronto and now London is my home and the City of London itself it's so unique because downtown you have your city core and there's so many different things for you to do like different restaurants, different places to go. But then you drive 10 or 15 minutes and you hit the country so you hit beautiful places like Ilderton or you can go to a beach you can go to Port Stanley or go to Grand Bend. It's just it's this weird little cluster of so many different things that I never realized that London had to offer and I would say now London is home and Toronto is not."
