The annual EMC Wage Survey is now open for 2025! This confidential survey collects wage data for 89 manufacturing job titles across production, supervisory, and senior management roles. It helps benchmark wages at both regional (Southern Ontario) and national levels.
Participants are asked to provide high and low wage ranges for applicable positions at their facility. All responses must be submitted through the online survey link.
Note: You must complete the survey in one sitting within 20 hours of starting, and only those who participate will gain access to the full results. The survey will remain open for 3–4 weeks.
