London International Airport has just posted their seventh month consecutive of record-breaking passenger activity.
The largest number of passengers to use the airport for the month of October was experienced this year. The previous record for the month was in 2007, with 42,345 passengers going through the airport. This year 43,952 people flew in and out of London with Air Canada and WestJet, which represents an increase of 7% over the same month last year.
The record for the most passengers in a month was set in August of this year, with 54,282 passengers using the airport.

“It appears the people of the area are embracing their airport” says Mike Seabrook, President and CEO of London International. ‘With the southern destination season upon us, we strongly believe we will reach our goal of half a million passengers this year.”
