LONDON, ON, October 1, 2009 - JMP Engineering has been selected as a finalist in the Data Management Solutions category for the 2009 Microsoft Partner Network IMPACT Awards. This supports JMP's second time in this category which they won last year for their mobile civil engineering solution APEX.

The seventh annual IMPACT Awards recognize excellence within the Microsoft technology partner community in Canada as well as the innovative solutions and value they deliver to customers. JMP Engineering was chosen as a finalist this year for their solution Civil DataWorX, an industrial execution system targeted at the infrastructure remediation industry. Built using Microsoft technology, Civil DataWorX delivers a robust, real-time control system for managing and monitoring site operations for site personnel. With an emphasis on government economic stimulus infrastructure projects, Civil DataWorX is customized to fit a growing need for capital development technologies that improve construction quality while minimizing costs.
JMP Engineering, along with other technology partner winners and finalists in each of the award categories, will be honored at an award ceremony in Toronto on November 12, 2009.
