Together they form 50 supervised skills teams, covering everything from controller programming to mobile apps to web development. "No other firm has a staff with that much experience or breadth of skills", Germain says, "Our competitors prefer to hire recent graduates to keep salaries low, whereas we pass most of what we earn to our freelancers".
