London, Ontario (December 5, 2013): Ortech Data Centre (Ortech) announced today that for a second consecutive year the Company has donated its data registry product for Operation Walk USA 2013.
This year, more than 230 patients will receive free hip and knee replacements surgeries at 70 participating hospitals across the US from Dec. 2 to Dec 7. More than 130 orthopedic surgeons have volunteered their time to provide the services for the patients, who don't have insurance and aren't eligible for government assistance. Ortech's secure web based system will allow all participating sites to efficiently and accurately capture data on procedures carried out during this important event.
