When the concept for London, Ontario-based ZOO Media Group was born in 2005, founding partner and creative director, Sandra Dugas, identified an opportunity to service a new marketing niche. What Sandra did not realize was that the initial business model would prove to be so wildly successful. "As a new entrepreneurial venture, it made financial sense to set up a home-based business," says Sandra. "Like most new business owners, I envisioned having a big, shiny downtown office to service our growing list of clients. But as time went by, I quickly realized that not having a large office space did not hinder our business, in fact, there were numerous benefits."
