SW Ont 2022 WAGE SURVEY IS HERE!
This has been a great tool for SW Ont Mfg's over the past few years.
The link below will take you to the survey, which is automated this year to make data entry and data capture easier.
It will ask for entry level wage, and more senior level wage levels for 100's of positions in plants in SW Ont. Enter the data for the positions you have at your facility (hourly or salary), if the position isn't relevant at your place, leave it blank.
ALL INFO WILL BE KEPT ANONYMOUS.
Last year about 250 SW Ont Mfg's participated, so this will give you a great sample size to bench mark where you are at.
Data will be shared in April with participants.
