Excellence in Manufacturing Consortium (EMC) through its Canadian Manufacturing Network is seeking manufacturing employers input to implement ManufacturingGPS. ManufacturingGPS will be an interactive online resource for employers providing key information and benchmarking tools for HR, labour market, skills and capability needs. The GPS survey should take approximately 20-30 minutes and will help to collect and analyze labour market information and HR benchmarks such as compensation levels, turnover rates, skills levels and much more. ManufacturingGPS is offering Free Access for the first 5000 participants as well as a number of incentive options for participating employers.

The Canadian Skills Training and Employment Coalition (CSTEC) in partnership with the Canadian Manufacturers and Exporters (CME) is conducting a survey specific to manufacturers in your region. The survey will help develop a better understanding of the labour market for skilled trades and for technicians, technologists and engineers in the region. Upon completion and analysis of the survey, a full report and a validation session will be presented to the manufacturing community. The survey is being administered by Prism Economics and Analysis and should take no more than 10 to 15 minutes to complete.
