London, Ontario, Canada, January 13, 2009 – Utilismart Corporation a leading provider of energy management and settlement solutions for electric utilities announced today that Mr. Greg Hall, Mr. Miroslav Karlicic and Mr. Zoran Stojanovic will assume new leadership roles in the company.

Mr. Hall has been employed by Utilismart since 1999 most recently serving in the role of Operations Manager. In his new role as Director of Strategic Business Development & Sales, Mr. Hall will be responsible for providing strategic leadership to the company by overseeing the development of strategies and initiatives aimed at capitalizing on business opportunities within targeted markets in North America while enhancing the company’s incumbent client base in the Province of Ontario. Mr. Hall is completing an Executive MBA program from the Ivey School of Business and will graduate in early 2009.
Mr. Karlicic has been employed by Utilismart since 2003. In his new role as Manager of Information Technology, Mr. Karlicic will provide technical leadership to the company by overseeing the development of strategies that translate business requirements into technical services to ensure company systems support current and future business needs. In his role Mr. Karlicic will be responsible for managing the day-today operations of all technical services.
Mr. Stojanovic has been employed by Utilismart since 2006. In his new role as Coordinator – Customer Services, Mr. Stojanovic will provide pivotal leadership to the company by overseeing the management of customer service operations and relations.
In addition to the above announcements, Utilismart customers are advised that Mr. Ian Cameron has completed his contract obligations as General Manager with the company but, will continue to provide strategic advice to the company in a consulting capacity and actively participate in the delivery of the company’s smart metering initiatives.
