Global armour technology manufacturer, NP Aerospace, is expanding its presence and has chosen to make London, Canada its North American headquarters. Owned by the Pasqua First Nations, NP Aerospace has leased a facility on 24 Swiftsure Court in London, which offers easy access to the 401-402 corridors. They will be celebrating the grand opening of the manufacturing facility in spring 2020.
NP Aerospace is a world leader in advanced low weight, high performance armour systems. With over 90 years of experience, NP Aerospace is manufacturing high strength, light weight, fatigue resistant products using the world’s most advanced composite materials.
From Ballistic Helmets and Shields, Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Suits, and Body Armour Plates to Composite Armour for vehicles, vessels, or aircraft, NP Aerospace has supported over 2,000 military vehicles. The company supplies one million combat helmets to the UK, Canada, Italy, and NATO allies, and 200,000 body armour plates to British and Canadian Armed Forces. Their products protect the lives of servicemen and women, enhancing security and resilience in high threat environments.
London’s ideal location to access both the Canadian and U.S. markets was a key deciding factor for the company.
