Become a Mentor
Women in Communications and Technology (WCT) London Chapter is looking for new mentors as part of the Mentoring Circles Program! If you are a leader in business, education, or coaching, you are an ideal mentor to help early or mid-career women achieve success.
WCT London Mentoring Circles is a diverse and inclusive space for women to grow together, exchanging experiences, challenges, and opportunities to enhance self-confidence and leadership practices. When it comes to mentorship, we use the metaphor of circles for a reason. Circles enclose and protect. They are continuous and self-supportive.
Becoming a Mentor
The program will run as a series of virtual events, held from November 2021 to April 2022.
The program matches mentees with a senior member of the communications and/or technology sectors for counsel, leadership and professional development. The guiding principles of the mentorship program are for mentors to develop a mentee’s leadership skills and work with them to define goals and develop strategies for reaching them.
